Confirmation Prep

IGNITE

IGNITE is a dynamic youth ministry approach to Confirmation formation for eighth graders. Candidates from the Family of Parishes will gather once per month for an evening session on a particular topic as they prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation. IGNITE will take place on the 2nd Sunday of the Month from 6–8 p.m. at St. Thomas More and starts on September 13, 2026. Confirmation will take place on Wednesday, April 21, 2027.

Fellowship for 6th-8th graders

Jr. High Youth Ministry

Our Jr. High Youth Ministry invites all 6th-8th graders to join in fellowship and fun as we dive deeper into our relationships with the Lord. Each of our events will take place from 6:30-8:30 pm at Stievenard Hall on the St. Bernadette campus. Our first Jr. High night is on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

A place For teens in 9th-12th grade

High School Youth Ministry

Teens in 9th-12th grade are invited to join us for our High School Youth Ministry nights! We gather on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month. Gather for fellowship, formation, and fun! Our kickoff event for the 2026/27 year will be on Sunday, August 30th, and run through Sunday, May 2nd.

Become Catholic for Teens

Become Catholic for Teens at Stella Maris prepares 9th-12th graders to receive the sacraments of initiation (Baptism, Eucharist, and Confirmation) at the Easter Vigil each year. This program is specifically designed for teens who have not yet been baptized or have been baptized in another Christian faith.
