What is Well-Read Mom?
Motherhood at its heart is a ministry, and every woman is a mother in her own way. You are physically or spiritually raising up the next generation for the glory of God. His glory is women fully alive! Well-Read Mom is not another “add-on,” but a vital ministry, foundational to women in a burnt-out world. “You cannot give what you do not have… take care of your heart; that’s how you mother.” Join a Well-Read Mom group and find fruitful, life-giving time with women from the area. You are not alone. The Lord wants to give you abundant life where you are.
In Well-Read Mom, we only have one rule. Don’t apologize if you don’t finish the reading. Our goal is to help women read more and read well!

Terri Murrell and Mary Clare Smith would like to invite you to join our Stella Maris-wide book group for women every second Friday from September through June. Our meetings run from 7:30-9:30 pm (nursing babies welcome!). Our meetings are filled with discussions about life, faith, and womanhood. We hope to see you soon!
Our meetings in September and October will be in St. Bernadette’s Library, and subsequent meetings will be hosted in members’ homes. Email us at wellreadmom.batavia@gmail.com for updates!
