Institute Groups
Special Interest Groups
Since we established the Stella Maris Institute in 2025, various groups have sprung up through Institute initiatives. These groups share common interests, states in life, and so forth. They provide unique ways the Institute can reach and bless members of the community.
Widows Helping Widows on the Journey:
Calling all widows of Stella Maris: you are warmly invited to join our Holy Widowhood group! Form friendships, share in prayer and devotions, listen to speakers, practice Lectio Divina, and more. Coffee and sweet treats will be served! We will gather on the second Thursday of each month from 10:30 am. to noon in Stievenard Hall on the St. Bernadette campus (1479 Locust Lake Road Amelia, OH 45102).
This group gathers writers of all genres, helping them hone the writing craft, engage with other writers, access constructive feedback, and discuss topics pertaining to style, voice, and so forth.
