Encounter Nights

Encounter God. Encounter each other. Encounter other families.

At Encounter nights we will gather for dinner, an activity, and programming for the whole family. Encounter Nights will inspire families by engaging with topics that impact everyday family life. These events foster connection with the Lord, your family, and other Stella Maris families.

The first Encounter night will take place on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024 at 6pm. This will be at the St. Thomas More campus of Stella Maris.

Session Dates and Times

challenge to all stella maris families: attend at least two encounter nights this year.

Sessions will take place on the following days at our St. Thomas More campus from 6:00-7:30pm:

Oct. 23, 2024 – Praying as a Family
Dec. 4, 2024 – A Time to Give
Feb. 26, 2025 – Lent as a Family
April 30, 2025 – Family Adoration Night

There is no cost associated with Encounter nights! You need only RSVP for each individual session, so there is no hard commitment for the whole year. We encourage each family to commit to attending at least 2 sessions throughout the year.

Praying Together as a Family

Designed for families with children from preschool to 8th grade, the night will be filled with fellowship, teaching, and practical ways for your family’s prayer life to flourish. Enjoy dinner and meet other Stella Maris families. There is no cost to attend the Encounter Night.
